Ordering & Shipping Info

Prints can be ordered directly from any of our individual image pages. My website is https Secure and designed to process your orders. Be sure to add applicable discount codes at checkout. You may also place your order with us by phone. I can be reached at 860-671-0263. If I'm unable to personally take your call at that exact moment, be sure to leave your name and return phone number in your message.

- Standard Ground Shipping is FREE for all print orders in the Lower 48 USA states.

- 2nd Day Air is an extra cost option. 

- International Shipping Orders may incur additional taxes and duties depending on destination. Shipping outside the Continental USA will be charged at full cost.  I will email you to verify the complete details of your order and your Ship To address.  Allow me a minimum of 2-3 business days to provide you with a shipping cost estimate. 

  • Once you approve, I will submit an Invoice to you. Payments MUST be in USA dollar funds only
  • When your payment is verified, I will then begin to process the order.

Large Scale Decor Projects

For those with a large scale project, for home or business, I'm very willing to discuss your needs to complete your vision. I've worked directly with Art project managers for several corporate interior designers, especially for nature-inspired Eco-art therapy pieces to be used in Healthcare facilities and Spas. If you have a large scale project I would be pleased to offer my personal assistance over the phone to go over items such as sizing, materials (print media options) and choosing specific images from my collections.

Do I have my own Brick & Mortar Art Gallery?

The ability for clients to view my large display pieces in person greatly increases the emotional impact of the work!  Fine Art Nature and Landscape Photography galleries curated by the artist themselves tend to be highly successful if operating in the perfect location near  National Parks or scenic artsy communities.  

A physical storefront gallery location includes significant operational cost. A lease/mortgage, insurance, utilities, sales associates and the physical art display. I've decided when the time and location is right, opening my very own gallery is definitely something I would enjoy. For the time being, the largest percentage of my works are sold directly through my websites and are custom made to specs, per order.

Am I represented by any Dealer Art Galleries?

No. Traditionally, this has been a rite of passage for an artist/painter to be represented in a commercial or "dealer" art gallery and many commercial /dealer gallery owners would love to make you believe that is still the case. Fine Art sales have shifted more from the physical art gallery to online virtual galleries dealing directly with the artist themselves. The facts are, traditional dealer/commercial art galleries have been closing in large numbers since 2006.

Fine Art photographers in particular encounter numerous cons with gallery representation. One is the high commission fee's we must pay for a sale. Unlike a painting on canvas, my wall display pieces are custom created on ultra high definition luxurious and unique archival quality substrates. Each piece requires a substantial investment on the photographer's behalf.  By comparison, a painter usually invests about $100.00 for canvas and materials for their original.

Art galleries are known for quirky hours of operation and target a small audience. I would also be asked to relinquish almost all control of how my work is marketed and sold. My experiences have shown most gallery owners are less than enthusiastic when it comes to marketing and promoting photography because they don't understand what goes into creating a beautiful print. 

My personal belief is that a dealer art gallery is a wonderful opportunity for other art genres such as painters and sculptors whose "originals" as works are very limited in numbers allowing them to artificially inflate their prices. Combined with being limited by wall space to just a small percentage of my body of work, I see no advantage or use for a commercial/dealer art gallery. 

Do I Sell Canvas Prints or Canvas (Giclee') Wraps?  I don't for several reasons. I never felt they were a good match for detailed nature photography nor meet my high-quality standard expectations. Even if sprayed with protective UV coatings they are hard to keep clean. Stretcher frames are prone to sagging in the center and of course, shipping a large canvas is risky due to their fragile nature. I've also found good quality canvases would flake after 3-4 years where they were stretched and secured around their internal frame. I would not feel comfortable extending a quality warranty on any Canvas Giclee' wrap.

Can my HD MetalPrint Photo panels and Gallery Mount Acrylic Fine Art pieces be externally framed?

Absolutely. Both mediums look wonderful with or without frames. I've just added a new MetalPrint Framed option be sure to check them out!  Read my suggestions here in Framing Acrylic Prints   Both mediums offers tremendous advantages over traditional paper photo prints.

This applies exclusively to my full line of Premium Luxe HD Acrylic Gallery mounted prints and ChromaLuxe MetalPrint photo panels. These are the ultimate in fine art photographic display options, period. They are archival quality and I work exclusively with two of the best professional print labs in the USA to handcraft each custom order.

I recommend using the hanging systems we offer on my website (French Cleats or the Corner Post) and not to alter the hanging method to a wire-hanger style. If any of my pieces are altered or modified and fall from your wall that voids the 1-year guarantee.

Shipping - Handling Damage Claims  Any damage during shipment is eligible for a replacement, however, please be sure to note due to shipping carrier requirements this must be reported back to me within 36 hours of arrival. The shipping agent notifies me when the package arrives at your destination. You must provide me clear/sharp photographic images showing the handling damage via an email.  Once approved, a replacement will be placed into production and shipped out.

Print Quality and Defects  Simply contact me within a week (7 days) of receiving your order. It is very important you carefully inspect your piece in good light when it arrives. The best professional print labs can miss a smudge, ink streak, minor crease-dent or spec or slightly crooked float mount frame. If the issue is quality or defect related I'll provide a replacement. I require good clear and sharp photos of the defect to approve a claim. Photographic paper prints are not returnable once mounted and framed.  Once approved, a replacement will be placed into production and shipped. 

Consultation by phone Before Purchasing Offer Policy: My Luxe line of HD art pieces are all 100% custom handcrafted/made to order to your purchasing specs. I highly suggest to take me up on my consultation offer to assist any client during the selection process. Just for doing so, I will discount your phone order by 5% and even combine that with any other limited time offers.

I can help you order the correct size for your application, the proper lighting, the multiple hanging options, which print media etc. to provide you with an extra measure of confidence. I wish to prevent mistakes in the ordering and decision process and provide you with clear concise information to help you see your vision and dream come through. Any buyer changing his/her own mind after purchasing the wrong size artwork or incorrect wall mount application or media type is not the fault of the merchant and by law, the merchant is not responsible.

Best Display Lighting:  This is part of my free consultation policy. It's always said, the most beautiful art pieces displayed in less than ideal lighting always look bad. As luminous as my HD Luxe pieces are, they still require proper light to look their most amazing. We cannot guarantee your indoor lighting quality, do not judge the detail of the piece until you are able to view it in proper lighting or briefly outdoors in bright light.

Visual Assistance Tools are available for you to use on my website to view each artwork larger and examine intimate details as if you were viewing a large print in person up close. I suggest you view on a large calibrated desktop monitor or similar laptop or iPad device to examine details of any print you would like to order. Any watermarks you see are NEVER transferred to the final print. Watermarks are a transparent website only mask for internet security. We have a "toggle tool" to view the entire artwork larger or the "magnifying glass tool" to view small areas in an extremely high resolution that mimics looking at a sample of a 20" wide print. You can use the magnifying glass tool over the entire image without any time limitations. Relax and explore.

General Returns Policy: If you purchase a piece and you decide for reasons beyond the above quality guarantees I do have a 15-day return policy.  Since every piece that ships are custom crafted to your specs, I require speaking to you directly to determine the reason for wishing to return a piece. Artist, in particular, are at risk and easy prey to fraudulent claims and we must practice due diligence to protect ourselves. If you decide within 15 days you are unhappy and you agree the piece was not defective, damaged during shipment, no quality or appearance issues exist and you did not alter or modify the piece in any manner this return generally fits into the category of buyers remorse. I will accept the return under the following terms.

  • The Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping cost and handling fees for returned merchandise. 
  • Buyers are charged a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise based on the total value of the returned print(s) 
  • Returned merchandise must be repackaged in the same shipping carton they arrived in. The cartons are specifically designed for safe artwork transport.
  • Returned merchandise should be insured for its full value
