You are covered! My policy is: Any damaged piece that occurs during shipping transit is eligible for replacement - at NO cost to you.

It is my intent to make any shipping damage claim be resolved as smoothly as possible. It is an extremely rare case where an artwork is handled poorly by the shipping agent during the delivery process, but it is always a possibility no matter what. Please take notice, the carriers do have strict time-sensitive requirements (protocol) you must follow. If you follow all of the necessary steps listed in the next paragraph, NO worries, you are covered!

Carefully inspect
the packaging prior to accepting for any visible signs of wear on the shipping container - no matter how minor, and make a note with the carrier (if they are present) so they can also document it. If a signature is not required by the shipping agent, you MUST take clear photos of any damage to the shipping container prior to opening.

Time Sensitive Carrier Requirements:
This is urgent. Shipping Carriers have strict policies stating Damage Claims must be reported within 36 hours of Delivery. That's only a day and 1/2. The shipping agents notify me of the exact time and date the package was delivered at your destination. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Proof of Damage:
After you notify me by email, and provide me with clear - sharp photos showing the damage to the packaging, and the artwork. I will then forward your photos to my print lab for review. Once approved, a replacement will go into production and be shipped out to you. They will take up the damage claim with the shipping agent. Depending on the print format, you may be required to repackage the damaged artwork in the exact same manner for returns. If that is the case, I will provide you with the shipping address.

Damaged artwork during transit, or delays in shipping
due to unforeseen circumstances - including holdups in Customs - are not eligible for returns, or as a way to cancel an order. All approved damage claims are replaced by my print lab.
