Typical Delivery Timeframes
Photo Prints - About 6-10 working days, depending on your destination.
Wood Floater Plaqs - Allow about 21-28 working days for your artwork to arrive.
Chromaluxe Metal Prints - Allow about 14-21 working days to arrive.
Aluma Plaqs & Acrylic Face Mounted Gallery Floats - Allow @ 14-21 working days for your artwork to arrive. LARGE print sizes over 45" require special hand-fabricated crates at reasonable costs.
International Order Destinations outside of the USA & Canada
International Orders require a delivery cost estimate BEFORE you place an order! You must use the CONTACT form to supply me with your destination address and shipping details. I will then manually generate an invoice for billing upon approval.
Hand-Fabricated Crating For Large Quantity Orders
Larger mounted frameless artworks (45" or more at longest edge) may require special hand-made crates at extra costs to protect the artwork during transit. This is NOT a delivery fee associated with the carrier. These crates are required by the print master to assure safe transit. Before ordering more than (2) mounted artworks please inquire. I always advise collectors to store these crates away after unpacking if possible - they are extremely valuable for transporting should you decide to relocate!
Damage, Defects and Returns Policies
S/H Damage to artwork during transit: Is exceptionally rare, however, my art shipments to you are covered. The assigned carriers do require damage reports in a very timely manner. If your art shipment does arrive damaged, it's very important to read our S/H damage policies HERE
Quality or Defect Issues: All print orders are carefully examined by professionals prior to packaging for delivery. In the rare event there is a defect with the artwork (media) no worries, you are covered. It is important to read our Quality & Defect policies HERE
Returns Policy: Custom Made fine art print media are generally not eligible for return. If you are ever unsatisfied for some reason (not covered by damage or defect replacement) please be sure to read our returns policies HERE
